A brief which involved collaboration between two unlikely brands or services to solve a current issue. From research, a recreation of the PIP (Personal Independence Payments) letters with a humorous twist was created for the target demographic’s benefit, but with an added section telling some of the horror stories that disabled people or those of ill health have to go through. The idea would be for Citizens Advice to offer the advocacy and O2 to offer the airtime and data needed to overcome their issues.
